Dear Parent or Guardian


Whilst we have managed to keep our subscription (subs) at the current levels for many years, due to increases in the costs of maintaining the squadron it has been necessary to increase them.


Also, in order to simplify the administration of the squadron we will be changing the payment frequency from monthly to either quarterly in advance with payments being due on 1st September, 1st December, 1st March and 1st June of each year or an annual payment due on 1st September.


With effect from 1st September 2016, the new subs will be:

Annual payment                 £120                                     £100

Quarterly                             £36                                       £26


The Civilian Committee are fully aware of tight household budgets and have therefore kept the increase to an absolute minimum and will be increasing the number of fund raising initiatives to help control costs whilst ensuring that we continue to deliver an excellent but cost effective experience for the cadets.


Can you now please amend your standing order accordingly from 1st September.

Please ensure that your  reference includes both your surname and that of your child.



It is appreciated that these changes represent a significant increase, especially for those with more than one cadet.  I would therefore like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that we have a policy to ensure that every cadet is offered the same opportunities and experience irrespective of the financial position of the parent and please do not hesitate to contact me in complete confidence if you are having difficulty paying.
